Please submit your maintenance request. Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. Someone from the management office will get back to you within 24 hours after reviewing your request.
For after-hours tenant emergencies only, please call 785-556-0088.
***If you have pets and you will not be home, your pets need to be crated.***

Please include: name, address, phone number we can reach you, if we have permission to enter your unit with our key and describe in detail the nature of the repair. Also let us know if there is an alarm or a pet on the premises.
